Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Room Tour

In today’s vlog, we give a brief room tour of our room in the Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort! We had a standard view, king bed room, on the 8th floor of the tower. The tower is absolutely beautiful, as are the rooms. The room itself has all of the modern conveniences you would expect from a newly refurbished Disney Resort. Being one of the newer places to stay on property (opening in 2019), it definitely still has that “brand new” feel. If you’re looking to stay somewhere that feels high end, without the high price tag, this is the place for you! Coronado Springs has always been one of our favorite resorts and we can’t wait to stay here again. We hope you enjoyed this video! Thanks so much for watching, and as always, keep on wishing!

*Disclaimer: Disney masking mandates are constantly changing. In this video, we were allowed to take our masks off outside, but were required to wear them indoors,  in line and on attractions. Stefan and I are both fully vaccinated and felt comfortable removing our masks outdoors when the crowds were light and we were able to physically distance ourselves from other groups. We were also, obviously, allowed to take our masks off once inside our room, which is why you do not see us masked in this video.

The Wave of… American Flavors Dining Review

In today’s vlog, we review Stefan’s special birthday lunch at The Wave… of American Flavors at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. We start off with some drinks, including a regular Moscow Mule and a Chocolate Martini. We, of course, ordered two of the famous Bacon and Eggs appetizers. Then, Jenn had the Tofu Tikka Masala and Stefan enjoyed the Chicken Sandwich. For dessert, we had a birthday cupcake, compliments of the Cast Members! It was the perfect way to celebrate Stefan’s birthday, and a nice afternoon escape from the heat of the Magic Kingdom. Unfortunately, the Wave is currently closed for a refurbishment, but will reopen September 10th in time for the 50th Anniversary. Don’t sleep on this amazing restaurant! It is a must try. We hope you enjoyed this video, and we hope you’ll join us for our next video where we spend the day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Thanks so much for watching, and as always, keep on wishing!

It’s A Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow at Magic Kingdom!

In today’s vlog, we spend the afternoon of our Magic Kingdom Day exploring all of the attractions in Tomorrowland! But we can’t start the afternoon off right without a Starbucks and a bunch of Cavalcades coming down Main Street. Afterwards, we head over to Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin to try our best to become Galactic Heroes. Then, we finally board the Peoplemover for the first time in forever (seriously!). After a quick trip to space on Space Mountain, we visit our favorite family as they travel through the 20th Century on Carousel of Progress. Finally, we take a leisurely evening drive on the Tomorrowland Speedway to check out MORE Tron construction. With Tomorrowland conquered, and a brief change in plans, we decide to get dinner at Sleepy Hollow with a Spicy Chicken Waffle Sandwich and a Corndog! As the sun sets, we take a trip on the Wildest Ride in the Wilderness: Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. We end the night with a stroll down Main Street, U.S.A. all lit up for the night. It was the perfect end to a perfect day! We hope you enjoyed this video, and we hope you’ll join us for our next video where we review our newest favorite restaurant The Wave of American Flavors! Thanks so much for watching, and as always, keep on wishing!

Epcot Flower and Garden Festival 2021: Trying new Outdoor Kitchens and revisiting old favorites!

In today’s vlog we take some time to savor the Taste of Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. Our first stop is the Honey Bee-stro where we try the Tupelo Honey and Sweet Corn Spoon Bread, the Lavender Honey Mustard-marinated Chicken Flatbread, and the Local Wildflower Honey Mascarpone Cheesecake. We wash it all down with the Honey-Peach Freeze with Blueberry Vodka. We then make our way over to World Showplace to sample the Festival Favorites. It’s no wonder why this Kitchen is called the Festival Favorites because it has everyone’s Favorites! We decide to try (again) the Beef Brisket Burnt Ends and Smoked Pork Belly Sliders and the Watermelon Salad. We also HAD to get the Maple Bacon Stout from 3 Daughters Brewing! Last, we move to the next book inside World Showplace and check out the selections at Farmers Feast. That week they were featuring the Warm Asparagus Salad and the Strawberry Rhubarb Upside-down Cake. To top it all off, we had the Watermelon Wheat Ale. There were so many amazing Kitchens to experience at Flower and Garden this year, and we wish we could’ve gotten to more this trip. We’ll have to try for more next year! We hope you enjoyed our little adventure around this year’s festival. Keep an eye out for our next video where we are back at Magic Kingdom! Thanks so much for watching, and as always, keep on wishing!

We make it over to World Showcase and check out some of the Harmonious Barge construction and a few of our favorite Flower and Garden topiaries. Then we take a break from the heat to check out the Canada Pavilion’s newest attraction: Canada Far and Wide. Afterwards, we decide to take a trip down south to Mexico and check on our favorite Caballeros on Gran Fiesta Tour. We also check out some of the Dia De Los Muertos displays inside the pavilion. A quick walk around the Showcase takes us to Norway for a trip to Elsa’s Ice Palace on Frozen Ever After. After a little break, we finally round out the day with a flight around the Earth on Mission Space (Green side!). We hope you enjoyed coming with us for the second part of our Epcot day. Keep an eye out for our next video where we will break down all of the delicious food and drinks we tried at Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival this year! Epcot Day Part 1: Living with the Land, Seas with Nemo, and more!

In today’s vlog we are back at Epcot! To escape some of the heat, we take a break inside the Disney & Pixar Short Film Festival. On our walk to the Land, we spot an old friend getting ready for an exciting afternoon of butterfly catching! Once at the land, we finally get to ride one of our favorite attractions, Living with the Land, and it’s as wonderful as we remember. On the way out of the Land we stop for a viewing of Awesome Planet, which was…awesome! Then it is time to go under the sea with Nemo and his pals! This ride is so much fun and it was great to see it working to its full potential. We end part one of this video with a brief check-in on some of our favorite marine friends inside the Seas Exhibit and a quick peek of the beautiful topiaries around Epcot. We hope you enjoyed coming with us on the first part of our Epcot day, and we can’t wait to bring you along in part 2! Thanks so much for watching, and as always, keep on wishing!
