In today’s vlog we take on Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival for 2021. We make it to 6 booths this time around. But before we try any food, we check in on the Harmonious barge construction. The barges are starting to reach their final stages of construction. While we don’t love the way these barges look in World Showcase Lagoon, we’re still excited to see the final product in the fall. We also take some time to play Remy’s Hide and Squeak! We only show you two locations (we don’t want to give away all of the surprises!), but this is such a fun activity to try while you spend the day enjoying the festival. Now, onto the food! Our first stop is Earth Eats for one of our favorite festival items: The Impossible Burger Slider. Next, we need some refreshment, so we stop over at Shimmering Sips for their delicious mimosa flight (Includes the Tropical Mimosa, the Key Lime Mimosa, and the Blood Orange Mimosa). We then make our way to another festival favorite, the Hawaii booth! You know we had to get the famous Kalua Pork Slider. We also got one of the newer items, the Passion Fruit Cheesecake, which is also part of Emile’s Fromage Montage treat trail. To wash it down, we tried the Kona Brewing Co. Hanalei Island IPA. We head back from the islands and trek over to Mexico for a whole gauntlet of items: the Chilaquiles con Chorizo, Taco de Ribeye, Capirotada de Chocolate, and an El Tigre Margarita. We step out of our comfort zones a little bit with the next booth, the Swanky Saucy Swine and try the Roasted Porchetta. Lastly, for a boozy dessert, we head over to Ireland and enjoy the Guinness Bailey Shake before we enjoy a showing of Epcot Forever. What an amazing evening at Epcot! We can’t wait to come back and try some more items at this year’s festival. We hope you enjoyed this video. Thanks so much for watching and, as always, keep on wishing!

In today’s vlog we take some time to savor the Taste of Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. Our first stop is the Honey Bee-stro where we try the Tupelo Honey and Sweet Corn Spoon Bread, the Lavender Honey Mustard-marinated Chicken Flatbread, and the Local Wildflower Honey Mascarpone Cheesecake. We wash it all down with the Honey-Peach Freeze with Blueberry Vodka. We then make our way over to World Showplace to sample the Festival Favorites. It’s no wonder why this Kitchen is called the Festival Favorites because it has everyone’s Favorites! We decide to try (again) the Beef Brisket Burnt Ends and Smoked Pork Belly Sliders and the Watermelon Salad. We also HAD to get the Maple Bacon Stout from 3 Daughters Brewing! Last, we move to the next book inside World Showplace and check out the selections at Farmers Feast. That week they were featuring the Warm Asparagus Salad and the Strawberry Rhubarb Upside-down Cake. To top it all off, we had the Watermelon Wheat Ale. There were so many amazing Kitchens to experience at Flower and Garden this year, and we wish we could’ve gotten to more this trip. We’ll have to try for more next year! We hope you enjoyed our little adventure around this year’s festival. Keep an eye out for our next video where we are back at Magic Kingdom! Thanks so much for watching, and as always, keep on wishing!

In today’s vlog we are back at Epcot! To escape some of the heat, we take a break inside the Disney & Pixar Short Film Festival. On our walk to the Land, we spot an old friend getting ready for an exciting afternoon of butterfly catching! Once at the land, we finally get to ride one of our favorite attractions, Living with the Land, and it’s as wonderful as we remember. On the way out of the Land we stop for a viewing of Awesome Planet, which was…awesome! Then it is time to go under the sea with Nemo and his pals! This ride is so much fun and it was great to see it working to its full potential. We end part one of this video with a brief check-in on some of our favorite marine friends inside the Seas Exhibit and a quick peek of the beautiful topiaries around Epcot. We hope you enjoyed coming with us on the first part of our Epcot day, and we can’t wait to bring you along in part 2! Thanks so much for watching, and as always, keep on wishing!

In today’s vlog we travel back to Walt Disney World to celebrate Stefan’s 30th Birthday in style! We are up early to catch our flight from Newark Liberty International Airport to Orlando International Airport. Our trip through security is very quick and easy, as is our flight! Then it’s off to baggage claim to collect our bags and board the Magical Express. The line for the bus is long, but we make the most of it, and spy some additional security measures that have been put in place since our last visit. Soon we are on our way to our Resort for this trip, The Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs Resort. After a quick outfit change and luggage drop off, we are on our way to the first park of this trip: Epcot! We hope you enjoyed following us along on our travel adventure, and we look forward to bringing you along with us to Epcot in our next video. Thanks so much for watching and as always, keep on wishing!
